Model Programs

Blood-tissue exchange models

Over the years, NSR has developed a whole suite of blood-tissue exchange models ranging from subcellular to whole-body recirculation and from compartmental to axially-distributed models. These models are implemented under XSIM and their online demonstrations. Both pre-compiled and source code versions are available in the XSIM distribution package.

The model source code (subroutines) written in FORTRAN or C are archived in the NSR mathematical and modeling libraries for distribution in pre-compiled and source packages.

Cellular Models

NSR has recently moved into cellulur modeling and is developing a set of action potential models and metabolic models.

Fractal Analysis Programs

Fractal signal generation and analysis are available in source code distribution.
